5th and 6th Year Classical Studies students of Stratford attended Trinity Classics lectures
150 Leaving cert students from all over the country attended an insightful day of lectures in Trinity College on 23rd January 2016, organised by the Classical Association of Ireland - Teachers (CAIT). The lectures focused on key topics which are on the Leaving Certificate Classical Studies curriculum. The event was organised by Ms. Donohoe and was a huge success. She was delighted to see all of her 5th and 6th students in attendance. Stratford students attended lectures on : Alexander the Great, Ancient Epic - The Odyssey and The Aeneid, Greek Drama and Roman Art and Architecture.

As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
