The school hall was jammed on Wednesday, 9th March for Battle of the Bands. Eight bands played three songs each. Hugh O'Rourke (TY) describes the scene.
The Battle of the Bands was a mini company that we put on, on Wednesday, 9th of March. It was a great night and a brilliant experience. All the bands who played were great and everyone had a great night. Our company made a lot of money and we enjoyed the whole experience. The bands who played were: Zero, Love notes and ashes (the winners), Idle Time, Robert Jordan, Mr. Grieves, Subline, Sorno Jets and Hello Tasty.

As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.

Stratford celebrated Wellbeing Week 2026 (5th - 8th May), a special week dedicated to promoting positive mental health, physical activity and cultural awareness. Students had the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun and engaging activities throughout the week, including walks, workshops, cultural events, sports, and wellbeing challenges.
