5th Year Chemistry students win Marsh’s Library ‘Curious Experiments’ video competition

Congratulations to the 5th Year Chemistry students, Michael, Rachel and Sae who won 1st Prize in the Marsh's Library competition it was announced on Wednesday, 29th May. They won €500 to go towards the Science Lab.

The Keeper of Marsh's Library, Dr. J. McElligott wrote to Ms. McCarthy telling her of the announcement:

"I'm delighted to inform you that all three judges were agreed that the top prize should go to Stratford College, Rathgar. The students did a brilliant job, and I think they can be happy that two of the judges were the top people in the State Exam Commission for Chemistry, Physics and Science.Thanks so much for the entry from your school. It is a great credit to you and your students."
