NEWS / 2 April 2025

On Tuesday 1st April, 5th year English student, Joseph, was awarded a commendation for his poem at the Oide Wellread and National Write a Poem Ceremony at the Killeshen Hotel in Portlaoise.

Joseph was one of six recipients in the Senior category on the day for his entry "Grandfather Clock". Only twelve students out of over five-hundred received awards, so this really was a great achievement.
