NEWS / 8 April 2016

On Tuesday, 5th April, Ms O'Sullivan and the 5th Year Biology students visited Dublin Zoo to undertake their Ecology Field Trip studies. Amy Connolly and Leah Gaynor report back on the day.

We had an out of the ordinary Tuesday on 5th April, as our Biology class visited Dublin Zoo. As it was Spring there was lots of new additions to the Zoo such as piglets and lion cubs. After that we did ecology experiments, where we learnt about local flora and fauna. I think now our class more of an appreciation for the nature that we have in Dublin.
