In the annual 2nd Year versus 3rd Year Classical Studies Quiz held on Thursday, 15th May, one of the 2nd Year teams won!
I would like to congratulate the Herculanean effort of the second year team who won our annual second Vs third year Classical Studies quiz on Thursday 15th May. (Click on blog title for more photos.)
The winning team consisted of Julie Cahill (Captain), Ryan Baker and Alannah Anderson. They scored a remarkable 39/42 points – an Olympian success one could say.
The students’ enthusiasm and sense of competition was inspiring. Well done to all the teams that participated and thanks to Ms. O’ Reilly and Ciara (5th Year) for helping with the scores.

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
