2nd Year English students make their own TV commercials

NEWS / 1 May 2013

Ms. Reynolds explains what the 2nd Year English students had to do to make their own TV commercial as part of their Media Studies module. You also get to watch one of their commercials in this blog.

As part of the Second Year's journey into Media Studies, they were assigned the group task of creating their own TV commercial. They had to design their own product, slogan, logo and script; direct and edit it within a set deadline. The students really excelled with this opportunity for self directed learning and they are delighted knowing that this work will form 10% of their Summer Exam. I hope you enjoy their commercials.
