On Tuesday, 5th May, the 1st Year Science class visited Dublin Zoo for an Ecology Trip. Claire Dempsey recounts the day.

On Tuesday, 5th May, 1st Years went on an Ecology trip to the Zoo. We did different types of interesting experiments to find insects and plants. I thought it was good to see the habitats of different insects and what the most common plant was in that area. After that we go to have lunch and look around the Zoo. Overall it was a great day.
