On Wednesday, 19th October, the U16 and U19 Girls Basketball teams played St. Michael's Holy Faith School in Finglas in the opening matches of the season. TY student, Anna Baker, describes the games.

On Wednesday, 19th October, the U16 and U19 Girls basketball teams travelled to St. Michael's Holy Faity School in Finglas to play two basketball matches. The U16 match took place first where we put up a good fight and ended up with a score of 22-14. Even though we lost, we were very happy with the final score. The U19 team worked hard throughout the match but  unfortunately lost. It was a good day as we got to play lots and we learned from the experience.
