A number of Parents, Teachers and 6th Year Students dig out paths so that school could open the next day
The ef
fects of the worst snowfall in November/early December since 1972 were apparent throughout Dublin, but around Zion Road was particularly bad (and that's being generous). A small but hardy crew of teachers, parents and 6th Year students came to the school to dig out paths for Stratford College and Stratford National School. Everyone appreciated the work that was done and school opened as normal the next day.
More snow is forecast, so there may be a Big Dig 2 ...
A new Science Club has started on Mondays in the Science Lab where we get to do some quick and exciting experiments to fidget our extra science fix. This week students made self inflating monsters! All are welcome and Dr. McAdoo cannot wait to see you there!!
