On the 14th March, the Student Council and the Prefects organised the annual dress-up day to celebrate the Festival of Purim.
On the 14th March, the Student Council and the Prefects organised the annual dress-up day to celebrate the Festival of Purim. Everyone from 1st Years to the teachers participated and had a wonderful time dressing up as a fictional character of their choice. There was a wide range of costumes presented on the day, such as ‘Wizard’, ‘The Pink Ladies’ and ‘Lady Macbeth’. It was a great success as everyone’s costumes were very creative and we also raised over €100 for the Irish Heart and Stroke Foundation. For more photos see the 2013-2104 Gallery.

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
