Moya explains more about the programme.  "Our year did a challenge called "Beat the Bleep". It's a six week training programme to improve your fitness. On average our year improved by at least one level. I thought it was really good and if you keep with it you could improve by much more. The highest score in our year was Level 10 which Evan and myself achieved together."

Evan adds, "The school with the most improvement over six weeks wins a big prize."
