NEWS / 23 May 2013

Well done to the Junior Girls who came 1st in their category in the Schools Challenge of the Terenure 5 Mile Run on Sunday, 19th May. Fiona Maguire (3rd Year) and a team member, describes the run.

The run started at 11am. It was five miles long and increasingly difficult due to warm weather and large amounts of people. It was a great feeling when I passed the finish line. I felt much healthier after the run and I am glad that I took part. (Click on the blog title to see more photos)

The Junior Girls team were: Sadhbh Charles (TY), Carmel Grey (3rd Year), Fiona Maguire (3rd Year), Alice Murphy (5th Year) and Alannah O'Byrne (1st Year).
