Recent study published by the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) ‘Leaving School in Ireland: A Longitudinal Study of Post-School Transitions’

The recent study published by the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) ‘Leaving School in Ireland: A Longitudinal Study of Post-School Transitions’ highlights ‘the importance of having a school climate that fosters high expectations and positive engagement among students from early on in junior cycle, a climate that would enhance post school outcomes for young people’. We believe that that is what we have always provided in Stratford and are particularly pleased to see it endorsed by the DES Inspectorate.

Stratford celebrated Wellbeing Week 2026 (5th - 8th May), a special week dedicated to promoting positive mental health, physical activity and cultural awareness. Students had the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun and engaging activities throughout the week, including walks, workshops, cultural events, sports, and wellbeing challenges.
