Robin Hood, from DEBRA Ireland spoke to TY students about his daughter's fight with skin disease, Tuesday, 8th February
On Tuesday, 8th February, Robin Hood from the organisation DEBRA Ireland, came to our class to tell us about the work they do. He told us his own personal story about his extremely brave daughter who lost her life to the skin disease Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). The class found Robin's talk very moving. Some have decided to do some fundraising for them and some are thinking about doing their Community Week here!

As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.

Stratford celebrated Wellbeing Week 2026 (5th - 8th May), a special week dedicated to promoting positive mental health, physical activity and cultural awareness. Students had the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun and engaging activities throughout the week, including walks, workshops, cultural events, sports, and wellbeing challenges.
