The score doesn't always reflect the match is a sports cliche, but in a number of recent Stratford College basketball matches this has been the case. The U-19 Boys team narrowly lost in the dying minutes against St. Brendan's, Greystones (52 - 49) when two baskets were scored against them. The U-19 Girls team also lost a close contest against Lucan (17 - 14). All the teams have been playing with a big heart with some great performances from Stratford students.
