Seachtain na Gaeilge Concert, 13th March 2014

This year's Seachtain na Gaeilge Concert held on Thursday, 13th March 2014, was jam-packed with talent. Students from each year contributed to the many acts that made up the concert. The TY Irish class also show-cased their Irish film which they wrote, produced, edited and directed themselves. There was also a video of some of the Stratford National School pupils talking in Irish. We also viewed a bit of history by watching 'Riverdance' when it was first performed at the interval of the Eurovision Song Contest in May, 1994 - almost 20 years ago! Thanks to Ms. Ivers and Ms. Doran who put so much time into making this a most enjoyable afternoon, and to all the students who rehearsed so much to make it a very professional performance.
