The Student Council organised a minute's silence in memory of the victims of the Great Famine on Friday, 9th September. The following week Student Council organised a breakfast for the 1st and 2nd Year students. Cathy Dunne (6th Year) writes about these events.
Welcome back everyone! The Student Council has organised two successful events. First we had the minute's silence to remember the victims of the Great Famine on Friday, 9th September. On Tuesday, 13th September, the Student Council arranged a breakfast for the 1st and 2nd Year students. The breakfast was to introduce Student Council to 1st and 2nd Year's and for everyone to get to know each other. (Click on thumbnails to open an enlarged version of photo.)

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
