A group of parents have set up a lobby group to get the government to rescind the decision to place Guidance Counsellors in the mainstream quota of teachers in our schools. To date there have been 128 direct emails to the Minister from their website. We need your support to increase this number; your effort may be just what is needed to have this decision overturned. You can also help by copying and pasting the link below to all your Facebook friends (asking them to do the same), bringing it to the attention of your principal and to all the parents in your school if possible.

In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
