Stratford dresses up!
Read more →This year's Sports Day, Thursday, 4th May, was another perfect day for a Sports Day - sunny but not too hot. Everyone was delighted, none more so than Ms. Finnegan and her group of helpers. The Sports Day timetable and teams were posted a week in advance, so that everyone knew what they had to do on the day. This year the "Relax Zone" was introduced by the TYs, Ms. McCarthy and Ms. Donohoe and set up in the school garden. What a success that was! What a busy day for all concerned - Junior and Senior Basketball, Junior and Senior Soccer, 3-legged races for all years, Junior and Senior Sprints, Junior and Senior Tug-of-War, as well as the obstacle course and the sumo wrestling. Thank you very much Ms. Finnegan for a fantastic sporting day! Go to the Sports blog for more sporting activities.

A huge thanks to Ms Maxwell and Ms Deegan for organising so many events, with the support of other teachers. See blog for more details!
