Seachtain na Gaeilge Céilí, 16th March 2023

In a completely new departure, the Irish Department decided to have an outdoors céilí for this year's Seachtain na Gaeilge concert! It proved to be a brilliant idea, helped by the March sunshine. Thanks Ms Maxwell and Ms Deegan. See Irish blog for details!

Purim, World Book Day 2023 & 3rd Year Assembly, 7th March 2023

Finally! Stratford College students, teachers and admin staff got to dress up again as their favourite literary character to celebrate Purim and  World Book Day 2023. This was all celebrated in style at the 3rd Year Assembly where there was fierce competition as groups competed in a World Book Day Kahoot! 6th Year Paris Trip, 12th - 14th February 2023

Sixth year students, accompanied by Mr Fennell, Ms Caspi and Ms Dos Santos all went on a French/Art and Science trip to Paris from Sunday 12th to Tuesday 14th of February. Go to the French blog for details. Thanks so much Mr Fennell, Ms Dos Santos and Ms Caspi!

5th Year Assembly, BTYSTE Special Assembly & Reception, 17th January 2023

Thanks to the 5th Years and Ms Conlon, the Student Council and Ms Kenny, Ms Gordon and all involved to make sure the assembly and the BTYSTE reception were such successful and happy events. The photos prove it! See the blog for more details and a video of the assembly.

BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition 2023, 11th - 14th January 2023

What a phenomenal four days at the RDS for BTYSTE 2023 - the first time face-to-face since January 2020! Ayush won Best Individual Project and Horizon Student Award for the best Biological & Ecological project. Tánaiste, Micheál Martin TD  demoed  their projects: Liam's 3D-printed 6-axis robotic arm to commercialise robotic arms; Joseph's hybrid Japanese typewriter which output to a printer).  Go to BTYSTE 2023 blog for more details.

Awards Ceremony, 28th October 2022

Eamon Ryan, Minister for Transport, Climate, Environment & Communications was guest of honour at this year's Awards Ceremony. Students, past and present, enjoyed a beautiful morning at Stratford's coffee dock followed by the Awards Ceremony itself. 

TY Delphi Trip, 24th - 27th October 2022

The TY Delphi trip is back! The TY's headed off to Delphi on Monday morning, 27th October with much excitement and anticipation. Thanks to Ms Maxwell and Ms Finnegan for organising a fantastic few days.
