Storm Emma ... the 'Beast from the East' arrives with snow

The so-called 'Beast from the East' or Storm Emma as it was officially called, arrived on Wednesday, 28th February 2018. Leinster and Munster were put on 'Red Alert' which meant that all schools were closed on Thursday, 1st March (World Book Day 2018!) and Friday, 2nd March.

STEM trip to Regeneron, Co. Limerick as two TY students prepare for ISEF 2024 in Los Angeles!

TY students Joseph and Liam won the Regeneron Special Award at BTYSTE 2024 which means they will be representing Ireland at the forthcoming Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Los Angeles in May!

Regeneron invited Stratford TY's, 5th Year Computer Science students and Stratford's 7 BTYSTE 2024 students to their manufacturing site in Limerick on Tuesday 9th April.
