Classical Studies in Stratford College featured in The Irish Times

Ms. Donohoe, Classical Studies teacher, and 6th Year Classical Studies student, Oscar McHale were both featured in the Education section of The Irish Times on Tuesday, 20th September. Ms Donohoe points out in the article that Classical Studies "suits a diverse range of students and engages them with art, literature, music, language and politics". Oscar McHale set up the Classical Youth Society of Ireland in 2014 and was featured on John Murray's morning show on RTE Radio 1 in that same year.

Ms Donohoe points out in the article published in the Irish Times Education supplement on Tuesday, 20th September that Classical Studies "suits a diverse range of students and engages them with art, literature, music, language and politics". 6th Year Classical Studies student, Oscar McHale is alo featured in the article. TY students Joseph and Liam won the Regeneron Special Award at BTYSTE 2024 which means they will be representing Ireland at the forthcoming Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Los Angeles in May!

Regeneron invited Stratford TY's, 5th Year Computer Science students and Stratford's 7 BTYSTE 2024 students to their manufacturing site in Limerick on Tuesday 9th April.
