Radical changes to Leaving Certificate grading system and CAO points system

On Wednesday, 29th April, Minister for Education and Skills, Jan O'Sullivan announced a major reforms to the Leaving Certificate grades system and CAO points system after a broad consultation process. The changes will be implemented for the 2017 Leaving Certificate. read more →

Diamond Jubilee book, ‘60 Years A Growing’ now available as eBook

As part of the Diamond Jubilee celebration concert in November, students, past pupils and staff (both former and current) worked intensively together from August to November 2014 to produce a beautiful book called '60 Years A Growing'. It was presented to President Michael D. Higgins in Áras an Uachtaráin on Thursday, 12th February 2015. It is now available on our website as an eBook. read more →

CoderDojo Club has started on Sundays @ Stratford College

The first Stratford College CoderDojo Club started on Sunday, 19th April at 4pm in the school hall. Pupils aged between 8-12 years are welcome to come and learn the basics of programming, using Scratch, every Sunday from now until the end of May. Stratford is also celebrating Tech Week 2015 (26th April - 2nd May) in Science and Computing classes. read more →
