Arts Week 2011 was extremely busy for teachers and students alike, with a packed programme of events throughout the week.

Monday, 7th November

  • Tony Curtis, Poet, visited 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year students
  • Comedy Workshop for TY and 6th Year students
  • 2nd and 5th Year Students visited the National Museum to see Roman Artefacts

Tuesday, 8th November

  • TY students went on a Classical walking tour of Dublin city centre.

Wednesday, 9th November

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year students visited Dublinia
  • Acting Workshop for TY and 6th Year students
  • UCD Classical Museum Tour and Handling Collection for TY, 5th and 6th Year Classics students

Thursday, 10th November

  • TY and 5th Year Art students visited the National Library of Ireland and the National Gallery of Ireland

Friday, 11th November

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year students watched and participated in the French play, "Le porte-bonheur"
  • TY, 5th and 6th Year students watched and participated in the French play, "Le paysan médicin"
