Ms. Tanya Twyford, spoke with 5th Year LCVP about how she set up her business, The Kitchen Wizards Cookery School on Tuesday, 18th January
On Tuesday, 18th January, as part of Mr Russell’s 5th Year L.C.V.P class, Marc Comiskey asked Ms Tanya Twyford, a former teacher and student of Stratford College, to take the time out of her busy schedule and come and talk to the 5th Year class about how she set up her new business, The Kitchen Wizards Cookery School. We learnt a lot about how Ms Twyford came about advertising her new business through Facebook and her personal blogs. Congratulations to Ms Twyford and we wish her all the best in the future. In the run up to the state exams, Stratford's Wellbeing Team draws your attention to the suite of resources on gov.ie under the heading of Wellbeing support for Exam Students, Parents and School Staff.
As is tradition at this time of year, the annual rounders game took place between our outgoing 6th Years and Teachers. Despite great efforts by our 6th years and some fabulous play, Teachers came out victorious. Fair play to all who played in this game.
